We will have a welcome reception after the opening ceremony and a keynote lecture in the evening of September 23 (Tuesday) at the conference venue (International Conference Center Hiroshima).
All the participants (including accompanying persons) are invited. Japanese cuisine and rice wine (Sake) as well as Western and Asian foods are available.
We will have a garden-party social dinner at Hiroshima Museum of Art, which is a 15-minute walk away from the congress venue, in the evening of September 25 (Thursday). This museum is one of the best museums in Japan and well-known for its rich collection of Western and Japanese modern paintings. Attractive events (e.g., Japanese traditional music and performance) are in preparation.
Please note that the registration fees do not include the social dinner. If you wish to join, please purchase a ticket (\10,000) when you register. The tickets are available only before September 10. Onsite registration is not possible.
In the evening of September 26 (Friday), we will have an attraction at the congress venue. All the participants (including accompanying persons) are invited.
